Orders are processed in real time and are not available for changes or cancellation after they are placed. Orders generally ship within 24 hours, however, please allow for additional processing time of up to 4 business days during peak shipping periods. Orders received after 1:00 pm EST, or on weekends and holidays, will not be processed for shipping until the following business day (Monday through Friday). Please provide a complete and accurate street address to insure prompt delivery.
Standard Ground Delivery:
Your order will be shipped via common ground carrier, unless expedited service is chosen. Orders will typically arrive within 5 - 7 business days from the day they are shipped.
Please note that while most ground orders are shipped via UPS, some orders may ship via USPS depending on your location and order details.

Shipments can be sent via UPS 2-Day Air Delivery, per chart above. Please note UPS will NOT deliver on Saturdays.
Alaska & Hawaii:
Please note there is a $10 surcharge for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. The subcharge is still applicable to even on orders that qualify for ground shipping or any discounted shipment rate.
VTech and UPS cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to inclement weather, natural disasters, or other situations beyond our control.
VTech is unable to ship outside the 50 United States at this time. Please note, VTech will not ship to PO Boxes, Canada, or Puerto Rico.
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return items purchased through VTech Online within 90 days of purchase for a refund.
To return an item customer should access their Club VTech account to receive return instructions and 2 printable forms to include with return.
We cannot process exchanges. To get exactly the product you want as quickly as possible, return the item for a refund and place an order for the new item.

Please contact VTech Customer Service at email@example.com. Once we have confirmed the wrong product was shipped, we will immediately ship the correct item and issue a UPS Call Tag to pick up incorrect item.

Product received Damaged:
Customers should refuse any damaged packages. If you are unable to refuse delivery (not home, etc) immediately notify UPS regarding the damage then notify VTech Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org as per above and we will ship replacement.
